Women’s Journey Retreat

Embracing Transitions

Port Townsend, Washington

June 6 - 11, 2024

About this trip

Develop and celebrate community that can support you through the challenges of life's transitions through glamping, kayaking, laughter and more!

This Women’s Journey Retreat, "Embracing Transitions", is designed for women facing any of life's transitions and who could benefit from some recreational R&R with a sprinkle of guided personal focus. Posting up in cabins on the beach, we will take advantage of the nature around us in the Puget Sound through hiking and kayaking while also settling into the self through group conversation, guided introspection and perhaps a wine tasting or cocktail/mocktail making class.

We invite connection through shared experience, encourage a push outside of your comfort zone so that you can tap into capabilities you might not have for some time. This trip is for soul-seekers who long for a deeper connection with themselves, other women, and the restorative power of nature. We will invite you to explore your internal world through journaling and intentional conversations while allowing for the reprieve and rejuvenation of laughter and nature that many of us need to keep showing up with strength in our worlds at home.

Individual / group calls will be available prior to and upon returning home, in order to aid with integration and continued community-building. This expedition is for women who are facing, or have faced, challenging life's transitions, from loss of a relationship or job to the physical and emotional challenges that come with menopause.  Find your people, reinvigorate your strength. Join us for an incredible adventure filled with purpose, connection, and - as always - fun!!!
