Where do we start our adventure? Custom Itineraries can start in Liberia or San Jose airport areas.
What if I don’t like high-adrenaline activities? No problem! Costa Rica has more to offer than high adventure. Sunset sailing, snorkeling, birding, wildlife walks, and more.
What will we eat? The cuisine in Costa Rica is mild flavors with rice, beans, and meat. Fresh vegetables, fruits, and eggs will also be available.
How big is the group? On average our groups are around 4-10 people.
What do I need to bring? We will provide you with a packing list for your trip for personal items should have during travel and relative to the activities of your itinerary.
What type of lodging? We stay in eco-lodges, ranch homes, airbnb style homes, as well as hotels. Costs are based on double occupancy so if you prefer a single room, let us know so we can assess any extra costs.
Sample Itinerary - 7 days
Day 1 - Fly into Liberia and stay on a 400 acre private reserve just outside Rincon de la Viejo National Park. Optional sunset horseback ride or zip line tour.
Day 2 - Journey into Rincon National Park and discover the landscape first hand. Add on a stop at a hotsprings too!
Day 3 - A full adventure day that includes a hike, waterfalls, and tubing class 3 rapids.
Day 4 - Today we transition to the town of La Fortuna. We will have lunch at Rio Celeste Waterfall and stretch our legs as we check out the beautiful blue waters. For the evening we will reside in La Fortuna area.
Day 5 - Explore Arenal Volcano with a guided nature walk into the jungle. For dinner we spend time with a local family for dinner followed with a night walk through the jungles.
Day 6 - Our last day will be rafting before we end our evening back in Liberia to depart for flights the following day. Or add on a day to explore the beaches before you go!
Day 7 - Departure day.
