Policy for Canceling trip and receiving refunds:

• Prior to 60 days of the trip start date - deposit is 100% refundable 

• 60-45 days prior to trip start - deposit is 50% refundable

• 45 days and less prior to trip start - deposit is non-refundable

• Balance due 45-30 days prior to trip start. 

• The remaining balances must be paid 15 days prior to the trip start.

• All monies received 15 days prior to the trip start are non-refundable.
